VA Filtration USA is currently offering mobile Memstar equipment and services to the US wine industry. The patent pending Memstar process is a unique alcohol reduction system designed for on-site alcohol reduction. The process allows the winemaker complete control over the alcohol reduction process. It is possible to dial in alcohol levels to within 0.1% with this system and is an excellent tool for Sweetspotting alcohol levels.
VA Filtration USA has two machines available for on-site process depending on your needs. Please note that a DSP license is required for all alcohol reduction purposes.
Option 1 – AA10W: 50 PG/hr Self-contained unit
Option 2 – AA10P: 50 PG/hr Permeate system (for wineries with their own concentrators)

This system is designed to operate directly on your wine.
