Our VA Reduction Technology uses Nanofiltration (NF)—a selective, pressure-driven membrane that removes volatile acidity (VA) as acetic acid and ethyl acetate (EA) while retaining desirable acids. Operating at 75% lower pressure than RO, NF ensures efficiency and gentleness. Paired with acid adsorption, it’s protected by US Patent 7,651,616.
