Our systems are designed to retain as much precious wine as possible. Every system can be configured down to a single pair of housings, limiting losses. We use lower crossflow velocity, paired with self-priming feed pumps, on all models, achieving one-step clarity below 0.6 NTU without temperature rise or flavor loss—all designed and manufactured in the USA. Purchase your own system backed by a decade of expertise, readily available spare parts, and superior maintenance support for the industry's lowest cost per square foot of filtration area. We offer three control variations: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic across our line, varying from 220gph to 1400gph of throughput. The manual skid, offered only on our CF8-2-200, is our most economical offering, allowing even the smallest operation to own their own crossflow. Upgrading to our most popular semi-automatic panel keeps the simple manual valve operation, but includes high-pressure shutoff, low-flow shutoff, and batch control to program your lot volumes for commanded shutdown. Stepping up to our fully automatic control method gives you a fully integrated PLC and touchscreen-controlled skid with remote monitoring available. Connect wine tanks, drain, water, N2, and air, and it will do the work for you, including filtration, push-out, pressure/flow adjustments, and CIP with chemical dosing.
