VA Filtration RO + Membrane Perstraction Skids – The Premium Choice for Precision Alcohol Adjustment
Enjoy all the advantages of continuous alcohol removal while fully preserving the phenolic structure, mouthfeel, and authentic varietal character of your wine. Our advanced membrane perstraction technology eliminates the harsh, burnt notes commonly associated with conventional heat-and-vacuum distillation, delivering exceptionally clean, balanced results every time.
With remarkable ease, producers can achieve precise alcohol adjustments lot by lot or create high-quality low-alcohol wines that meet today’s strong market demand.
Maximum flexibility and value: choose a standalone Membrane Perstraction module that integrates seamlessly with your existing RO or UF system to produce feed permeate at no additional capital cost, or opt for a fully integrated RO + Perstraction skid.
Available in two tailored configurations:
1) Compact, manual system with optional permeate heating and RO section for portable-tank and small-lot processing
2) Larger, energy-efficient design, PLC-controlled platform (with or without RO) engineered for high-volume tank processing and minimal operator intervention.
Elevate your portfolio with flawless lower-alcohol offerings that never compromise on quality. Contact VA Filtration today to configure the ideal solution for your winery.
