TCA REMOVAL PROCESS NEWS

It has recently been brought to our attention that a competitor is claiming that they have the "only licensed TCA-TBA removal process".  This statement implies that there is no other means of removing TCA/TBA on a mobile basis.

VA Filtration USA has developed it's own process for the removal of the compounds and was the first to offer a single pass system as a service to the wine industry.  Our process does not make use of polyethylene for the removal of the TCA/TBA, but is based on technology developed in the 1970's for the removal of pesticides from wine.

All components used in the removal of the TCA/TBA are food grade and FDA approved for use in the food industry i.e. wine.

Our media can now be regenerated using a proprietary process.  This offers significant savings to any wineries interested in using the technology.
