VA Filtration offers you our nanofiltration / adsorption process for the reduction of your volatile acidity at your winery.  Pressures as low as 200 psi and flow rates of up to 600 gal/hr with an overall reduction in VA of 30%.
 
 
VA Filtration has two methods for the removal of smoke taint from wine.  The new DETOX process is the gentlest process available on the market today for the removal of the retro nasal ashy finish experienced after drinking smoke tainted wine.  The process operates at pressures of up to 10psi and does not strip the wine at all.  For badly tainted wines a combination of the membrane/adsorption process and the DETOX process will result in a 99% improvement in wine quality of the wine without the regeneration of the smoke taint.
 
On-Site Lees Filtration using a Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter
 
We have three mobile rotary drum vacuum filters available for the filtration of juice lees, wine lees and barrel lees.  If you can pump it, we can filter it!
 
On-Site Low-X-Flo Microfiltration service
 
We now have available a revolutionary mobile Microfiltration process (Low-X-Flo) for the filtration of wine at your facility.  No messy D.E. sludge to deal with, just lees which can then be processed using our lees filter if required.  The filter is designed to handle up to (conservative figures) 1000 gal/hr of white wine and 500 gal/hr of red wine.  These systems are also available for trial purposes should you be interested in purchasing a Microfiltration system.
 
 
Mobile TCA removal down to levels < 1 ng/l using a unique gentle filtration process.
          
 
A process capable of reducing 4EP and 4EG levels gently  and efficiently without negative change to the vinous characteristic of the wine.  The process removes 30% of the 4EP and 20% of the 4EG per pass from the wine.

A single barrel system, called the SWEETSPOTTER, developed for the treatment of single barrels or small lots of wine.  The systems are easy to use and are available on a rental basis for operation at your facility. These are the lowest energy consumption small VA reduction systems available anywhere in the world.
