NEW SMOKE TAINT REMOVAL PROCESS DEVELOPED BY VA FILTRATION USA

VA Filtration USA has developed a simple removal process called DETOX, that eliminates the ashy retro nasal smoke taint character typically found on the pallet of smoke tainted wines.  Current treatment methods do not remove the ashy character entirely and if they do, end up stripping the wine almost completely.  The process does not require membranes and is operated at less than 7 psi (max).

RESIDUAL SUGAR REMOVAL

Successful trials have been carried out for the reduction of residual sugar in wine.  The final results and capabilities of the system will be revealed within the next few months.
